I'm sure there will be some environmentalists detracting the application who will just pick the bones out of it....Every project will have some sort of push back. The fact that the mine is already there, the infrastructure is already there, it's been approved already, Shree have gone down this road before and know what needs to be tweaked to get it done (Eg, propose new storage for acid forming rock).
Prior to Shree starting the draft application, the EPA stipulated their special conditions within the Guidelines for the preparation of the DPEMP (given the mines previous performance and history).

This is the excerpt out of the their last NBR update 8/12/2020

"Shree has been working with the Government & technical experts to incorporate a number of changes to our initial plan to capitalise on the expert recommendations. Consequently, Shree has in recent few months been progressing further technical studies, surveys, laboratory test work, modelling and engineering. These have now been completed and the Company now hopes to finalise the draft DPEMP in the coming weeks to enable the EPA assessment process to follow".

Shree have been working on this all last year and they would of sunk an incredible amount of time and effort to get it right. Shree have done it before, it's not their first rodeo...I just can't see how it doesn't get done again IMO.
