A takeover or sale of the mine in part or whole to EcoPro is possible IMO because they simply don't need us to be involved in downstream processing and we don't have the funds to invest in it. Why would they lend us the money to own half of it? If we had expressed any intention of using our existing assets, the concentrator, to earn the money required for it, or to show a bank we could service a loan then I'd be more inclined to think the business model put forward of involvement in downstream processing was going to happen, but it's all about EcoPro, there's no suggestion a single gram of nickel will ever go to any other entity. This is EcoPro's mine. EcoPro's capital will be used in the best interests of their shareholders, not as a gift to BSX shareholders. I firmly believe BSX would be in the best position to negotiate if we turned on the existing concentrator first and showed Ecopro we have options and are not beggars.

If Ecopro was thinking takeover they would have increased the amount of BSX they own. I haven't seen any new notice of them increasing their holdings. There is no point Ecopro mounting a takeover until after DFS when the share price will be much higher, or they will have to start again from scratch. The Germans won't be interested in a cheap takeover and will block it.
