nothing wrong from me, i don't want to get into argument but actually what wrong with your guys. there were many issues with the operation/ BHA Motors (the first failure may be acceptable, but the 2nd time is unbelievable- no lesson learnt, BOP, ROP was too slow compare with other Client, happened in WE 2 and WE3. i never mentioned during drilling, but i believe now is the time they have to do something to get the right people for the job, especially drilling team/ company man in the rig before they're heading to WE4,5 for efficiency drilling. your guys can express your happy in relation to the good job that they have done (if you think so...). constructive information is not coming from one way,,,
