The Current Lake mineralization is virtually from the surface and you have intersections of 6-7% PGM with decent Cu/Ni credits starting from about 20m. That's open-pittable and high grade. Beaver Lake is likely underground but you would think the capex justified with the high grade zones they are finding.

Any massive sulphide body would just be a bonus - as would extensions into surrounding areas.
