An Australian class action against Yacov and Brendan for misleading ASX investors would put a serious scar on their reputations and possibly impede their ability to raise further funds. Even if it is unsuccessful, simply having the investigation might prevent them from going 'whole hog' on us.
I am no lawyer, but In many cases if they do not respond to a court summons, then judgement can be awarded
