I am pretty sure the most recent NTA figure was -$0.61 but obviously not all of the Intangibles should be removed from the figure as the NA figure comes out at around $1.40.
There has been talk about the fair value being around 70 cents per share, but obviously a takeover would probably be well below that due to BBP having their back to the wall to some extent.
