    All of that happens in the board room so we shareholders don't hear about it until an outcome has occurred. What is it you expect them to do? Announce that they've mud wrestled MS to the boardroom floor and PaulW is sitting on him to keep him out of the way while Robbie arranges an EGM to vote him off the board?
