User acquisition is important, but they are advertising a free product at the moment.,
There is no conversion strategy to convert them into paying subscribers that I can see.
At this point, they could just be spending more advertising dollars and have no idea whether users will eventually convert.
Why wasn't the offer, 3 months free then you pay? If the product is that good, why wouldn't people pay for it after 3 months free?
