The audit report, I stated in an earlier post, rang the warning bells; the company secretary resigning "immediately", and as Angry said, without MS knowing, and a director resigning to the conmpany secretary, not the Chairman which is the norm, and then copying this to ASIC??.... well I'm not sure what else anyone can say.

On the one hand MS is continuing to whip the dead horse and on the other the officers are abandoning the ship (to mix metaphors)...
