Turnberry Funds Management Pty Ltd, a company controlled by Jim Hallam and in which Log Creek Pty Ltd
has a 33% shareholding, has entered into an agreement with the Company for the provision of accounting and
administration services. The fee is $85,000 per annum (exclusive of GST).
