wow...this large cap stock is oversold. (look at SUN)I see QBE rally up 50c from current levels. I've loaded up massively. my average is now is 8.58c. I'm generally averaging down by buying 1000 shares for every 5c drop. GLTAH
remember: If a cap raise does happen, you want to have enough money on the side to participate. I personally believe a $7 cap raise this year is likely on the condition qbe sp drops to around $7.50ps.
