i'd happily throw rocks at twiggy but that REALLY would be illegal. since he's the son of god i'd expect them to bounce off him - everything else seems to. hopefully hotcopper isn't going to rattle on about this for the next 4 1/2 weeks until judgement is passed down. he's been a bit naughty, chances are he'll get a small fine (which FMG's directors liability insurance will pay) and stay a non-exec director. he'll use it as a reason to pass CEO / MD onto someone else like Rowley. ASICs a winner, Twiggy's a winner, FMG a winner. sweet all round.
if there was one good thing about fmg in 2004 / 2005 it was the outlandish ASX and press releases it came out with every other day - now they don't put out anything interesting. it'll be good when they start forecasting 120 mtpa again at a clear net profit of A$100 per tonne.
