Your concerned with cash for some reason when its not even an issue. And further dilution.... well this company down the track WILL dillute some more you can be sure of that. How many full scale producing companies have only 140 mill(as I was corrected) shares on offer??
Admin costs are nothing in comparison to the cost of losing part of your share through JV or operating a plant thats just keeping its head above water.
Real assets - real value....... something that many companies DONT have! So raising cash will not be hard.
Would you be happier invested in a company who are into selling off its assets or one who hangs onto them??
