I sold after the second ann Olive.
The market didn't react to the director resignation, but when the Company sec went ten minutes later, it just shouted that enough is enough, and they had sufficient reason to walk out in particularly strange circumstances.

You don't usually see a 'from this moment'resignation from Comapny Sec, or a director cc'ing his resignation letter to ASIC.

We obviously know the company stinks, but no one has been able to fix it for months, from inside or out.
ASIC have had enough information to act for months in our opinion (shareholders group), but maybe they needed more than we believed they did.

    It's been frustrating, but compelling.
I won't stop looking for justice, but I couldn't afford to have my cash frozen if ASIC suspend trading for more than a few days, so decided today was the final straw.

Even sold the one odd share I thought I'd keep just to stay on the books!! It's just really difficult when I get to disclosure as I'm so used to putting stock held!

Possible a statement will come out early to try and keep the market from panicking in the morning, but I'd had enough. Will reserve further judgment until we get more info.
