Honestly major. Do you know what you are saying, lol.

How can you blame management for not doing anything and getting paid all along, when they can't do anything while their hands are tied up behind their backs by the EPA.???

Before we blame them, let the EPA give them the authority to proceed, then, if they failed after that, you can put the blame on them for failing to do what they are supposed to be doing. It is a bit like putting the cart in front of the forse, wouldn't you think??

Untill then................ look upon the EPA for the blame.

I had dealing with them in the past, and they are nothing else than a mob of beaurocrats, walking always along the wall with tin pants on, and taking forever doing anything of importance.
As to why this department was ever invented, is totally beyond me. I bet you that they would even have the colour in their offices painted green, lol.
