i believe quantum computing is desired by the largest corporations on earth, not just limited to tech companies. I understand neuromorphic to be the computing tech 'of the people' because it will be so common place, in everything, eg. IoT etc. Quantum computing will be found in the megacorporations offices, predicting the future or getting a gods eye view of their company or advanced physics simulations.

Archers technology will potentially have a quantum computer in your pocket but it will also bring the tech mainstream in that the computers won't require insane cooling to function, reducing size and increasing practicality.
