Actually Chalea,
All Peter Smith did was smell the rot, sell his options and run away never to be seen again.
There was not one attempt at warning mass shareholders of his findings,not even indirectly. Not one known contact to any authority.
Peter Smith let shareholders rot. Nik Hoexter and DeChazel were no better.
