Note that AIO's Net Assets (ie: total assets-total liabilities) are apprx $1.749b.

So Net assets/share, equates to $2.50.

Assuming that S'pore Ports offer is 13x Ebitda from their Ports business, we get an offer of $1.5314b.

This is close enough to their net assets worth, but still a bit short by $218m.

I am not sure about the $1.20-$1.50, IMO the value should b much more. It all depends on how cashed up the buyer is & how they see this in the long run.
