If shareholders want to sell to reduce their holdings they would have long since done that from the shares they hold. They have no need to wait for the allotment. April 23 will be a non event.

Looking at the excellent progress BOW is making on reserve certification, these shares are holders (not traders).

There is just too much good news to take the risk of not being fully invested in BOW.
