bhs I am always confused about dilution. I understand that the proportion of the company that we hold is diminished by the share placement but is the value of our holding diminished? If the raising of the capital allows the company to complete the testing of the TAVR device and negotiate a substantial deal that adds value and the share price therefore increases, are we better off or worse off by the dilution?
