the present ADSL2+ is miles fast enough for 99.9% of retail users - nobody needs 100Mps when the target sites often can't upload that fast anyway....
the broadband priority is just another techno-dumb government intitiative foisted on them by greedy ISP's who will just love to slug people who exceed their miserly download limit - if the government insists on fast broadband they should set a minimum download of 20g for that speed otherwise it's a waste of time.... exactly like their utterly stupid efforts will be to censor the net....
politicians are the most techno-dumb community on the planet.... but hey - it's not their money is it?
