interesting thinking Trev. Probably just dreaming, but just imagine if Smyth does manage to slide his way out of this one and stays. He will look like an invincible force, ex shareholders will finally walk away in disgust and get on with their lives, maybe ASIC will give up too because it's costing too much, and the cycle could begin again. People won't take him on again because it's all too hard and people would have tried too many times and failed.
or imagine if he really has got something of substance this time, and made/encouraged the non-believers to resign so they couldn't have a piece of the pie, and make it all look like it's the end only to pull out his ace card.
Sounds ridiculously unlikely ... but when you've seen it look like CVI's last days before (Sands etc) only for it to happen again on a bigger scale ...
