Be warned guys. I am a long term shareholder but will be selling when the prices bounce. Kogan are shonks.
I am shopping through them and as soon as a problem occurred I discovered how shonky they are. It is impossible to get proper help despite repeated requests. There is no proper way to access help outside of the standard set of questions and it pretty quickly becomes obvious through this process that kogan is investing in marketing not in the systems to run a proper business. They do not have the systems in place that their competitors particularly Amazon do. So Amazon deals with problems and kogan do not. From what I have seen kogan are fly by nighters they will not continue their success because it is based on a souffle.
