Correct. I've done transfers on the application deadline date & they've been included in the SPP.
The question is whether they divide your purchasing power by 4 or 5 when calculating your Z1P application? MVP is out of the money so it's whether they reserve money for that or not. I'm expecting them to divide it by 5 which means Z1P would get less than the remaining 3 assuming MVP stays under water.
