Can’t tell you what to do but if I was in your situation I would cut losses so you can clear your head & start fresh. I’ve had to do this a few times over the years & it’s worked wonders as it takes a weight of your shoulders & it will give you more capital to trade with
Normally I trade much better after a larger than normal loss as it gives me the slap in the face that I needed to reset & rethink my trading rules.
