    Hi EXM holders,

Well after I didn’t get hold of any one yesterday I kind of thought I would leave it to after Easter, The Market ended for the Day, I shut down my computers and cracked a beer. Then the phone rang, amazingly it was the man himself, Alex was kind enough to spend serious amount of time on the phone with me, so I have many answers for you guys and a few extras to add..

What is the amount of tonnage involved in the ore dumps and tailings?
I asked Alex this exact question, his response was simple millions of tonnes, he can’t not put a figure on it currently, in his opinion the potential here is huge and a clear bonus, hope to have figures to give to use in the near future..

The road show begins on the 21st of this month; there will be a number of brokers presenting the facts as well as the future potential and prospects for Excalibur. Alex aim for the road show is to bring about more quality investors, also to present current holders with a clearer outlook for Excalibur’s future… The brokers report will obviously be released prior to the road show for us to view via an announcement.

What has been the level of response to the announcement of Juno J/V EOI ?
In Alex’s exact wording he said “ Overwhelming, however I am not about to give it away, the offer needs to be realistic, currently I am not interested at the offer on the table, it is in the best interest of Excalibur and shareholders to be patient here. The amount of hard work that has been put into Excalibur not to mention the money, we are not about to give away the bulk of the profits…”

When a JV or funds are available do you see any holdbacks on the lead up to production?

“Nothing to be greatly concerned with, however this will take time to gain approvals through native and environmental boards, I hope to clear a few of these issues prior to the road show so as to give the clear path to potential production when the time is right.”

Can you guys see the need to raise capital by a share placement? (I had to ask this question, as this is one of my pet hates)
In blunt terms Alex said “NO… I do not wish to raise the necessary funds through share placement, we do need to raise funds to get this project into production, other opportunities will arise and are being sourced”

I will add they need 7million for bank feasibility, with only 2.5million in the bank Excalibur do need a major investor. Alex assured me that offers are being laid before him constantly, being that of takeover offers and JV proposals, but he is no way interested in a TO, and a JV will have to be realistic. I asked him in relation to percentage wise for a JV what he hopes achieve, realistically he hopes for 20-25% agreement considering the hard work through exploration has been done.

Are you considering consolidation of your shares?
This does not interest him at present, It has been suggested by numerous parties as well as shareholders, in Alex opinion this will not achieve anything at present, In which I tendency to agree for the time being..

I hit him with the following loaded question, thinking he may avoid or shut me down here, however I would like to add my opinion of Alex is very high at present:

Are you focused in Excalibur, or as many on forums imply your interests are elsewhere?, some holders are seemingly concerned, and we are noticing some decent volume of shares being let go of late when really many should be holding there position due to the proposed future of EXM, holders are under the impression your commitments else where, what are your thoughts on this?…

“Well, many do not understand that I have and am still committing more time on Excalibur then any other past or current commitment, I still have to eat and earn money, so of course I cant dedicate 100% of my time to Excalibur until we are cash flow positive. Many need to understand I am excited and focused on the future of Excalibur; endless hours have been poured into this company by others and myself and now we are sitting on a potential small fortune, wrong decisions cannot be made. The current plays on the share price I cannot comment on as they make no sense to me, I put it down to impatience, and holders wanting to free up money for what ever reason, it is premature to let go of ones holdings, as we are approaching promising and exciting times, those that hold when we get to production will be rewarded for there patience.”

Due to the recent drop in the POG is Excalibur concerned and therefore holding back until support is evident for the POG?

“Hell no!, even if the POG fell to the likes of $500-600US we will still make money, the current POG still places us in an excellent position.”

“ I would like to add Drew, that we are also in a better position to obtain future drilling results, this is due to contractors in need of work, where as once it was hard to obtain contractors especially for such a remote area and the costs of drilling were extreme, we are now putting tenders out there for drilling as to get the best bang for our buck!”

    …………………………..
I’m going to pretty much leave it there guys, I will add a few things of my own while I’m at it, first I would like to point out that the above responses from Alex have been reworded as I took notes on the phone and could not type word for word while interviewing Alex, however I assure you my interpretation of his reply is by no means exaggerated or misleading..

There are things I cannot mention as I gave my word I wouldn’t, as they could seemingly cause dramas for Alex, this information I will say is positive. In relation to the time for small production I also can not mention, but I will say there is focus here guys so be patient, Alex does have a time in mind, but a clear time will be set when other factors have been sorted first.

There will always be negative comments from past holders, and sure there will always be those that simply thrive on negativity and stirring holders no matter what the stock, no need for holders to take such comments seriously.

I would like to say I am impressed with Alex, not to mention the huge potential that EXM has. I believe that Alex is very focused on the future for Excalibur, his tones and responses are a clear indication to me that he is not simply using a sales pitch to regain my confidence in EXM but is actually driven by the potential of production in the near future. My research and understanding confirms my holding…

Alex does not see Excalibur as a speculative buy, he believes whole heartily in what has been achieved and what will be achieved..

This is an excellent mid-long term buy IMO…

Have a happy Easter break guys,

    Stay cool
    Drew

    Ps.
Alex, if you do read this, I would like to thank you again for your time, it was pleasure to talk with you, May the future of Excalibur be prosperous… cheers
