My understanding is that most esuperfunds allow you to buy just about anything that is listed and traded on the ASX including warrants, eto's, options and rights. So yes I'm pretty sure you will be able to buy the rights if you get set up in time.
My esuper fund may be the same sort that you are setting up and it certainly allows me to buy anything that can be purchased online through a Comsec account. That would include these rights. Any purchase you make as the Fund Trustee must accord with the trust deed and investment strategy of the fund so make sure you have built maximum flexibility into your documentation.
