    Parsnip? Hmm. Can be something that one does not always frequently encounter. Perhaps I am passing it by without much consideration.

    Good with some mince? I can kinda see how that works.

    Do you have to parboil it before hand or just dice it finely and put it in near the beginning so enough time to cook?
