while it is great that you can sit there and reassure us that the IP is secure and that the SPP is no longer important to the future of ESI, why don't the company announce this???

- ESI said the IP would be secured through the SPP (which would be underwritten, not completed through a private placement!)
- ESI said it would be finalise the IP before the end of Feb?

The Company previously foreshadowed a capital raising comprising a share purchase plan (SPP)which will provide the cash required for the acquisition and to further progress development of the Coldry demonstration plant, as well as permitting shareholders to participate in the capital raising on the same terms as the placement to Fiori Pty Ltd announced on 16 January 2009. Philip Capital and Fiori Pty Ltd will partially underwrite the SPP.

where are the announcements? it sounds like you need a direct line to Kos to keep informed about what happens at ESI.

i thought the directors that joined us would clean this up and keep everyone informed, started promisingly with the newsletter, etc - haven't seen one of them in a while!

at this rate, we won't see any plants before 2013, that's if they can close a deal!

looks like inside money could be on the money on this one!
