Are you guys serious about voting off directors at this crucial stage. I know you guys think you own a lot of shares but surely you can't possibly believe that voting off directors just when we're on the verge of potentially proving the Chemical Flooding will work is in the best interest of all shareholders!!!

What's the next resolution?!? To vote Davo22 and DJG001 as directors to replace Andy Rigg and Tony Strasser?!?! Searching for replacement directors is going to be extremely disruptive and will most likely divert resources away from Grieve unnecessarily. Even if we did find new directors, it would take them a while to get up to speed with Grieve and all other aspects of the company.

I agree that we have wasted enough time already but taking this course of action now will just waste even more time.

I think too much blame is being placed on the directors. Don't forget that we are in the midst of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Elk is not the only company whose share price has tumbled significantly. Elk is not the only company that is struggling to raise capital. Elk is not the only company that is having trouble finding JV partners.

If you're gonna vote them off, do it only if they fail yet again in making Grieve work using Chemical Flooding. If that's the case, you'll have my full support.
