What I'm trying to explain to you is that continuous disclosure, as required by ASX, is not what you think it is.
As to whether it's good enough, thats a separate discussion.
Short version, if they dont have the results yet, they can't do a halt/announcement. The moment they do have the results, if post close, they must do something pre open. If during the trading day, halt immediately, then announcement when ready.
