Yep, the first thing that needs to be revealed is the reasons exactly WHY Todd/BBIG have put this proposal to FMS.
Then we need fully explained what is it that BBIG is proposing?
Only then can we s/h understand what direction and alternatives FMS has.
What I find incredulous, is that this proposal from BBIG demontrates that FMS must not be abiding by its Continuous Disclosure obligations.
Because the BBIG proposal indicates that the project development is in trouble.
If so, FMS needs to advise the mkt forthwith.
If it is not in trouble, then tell us.
