    I'm with you on the 3 year downside and if it's any help the wise market men say you should use the figure 110 minus your age as the proportion of your assets devoted to equities.

    So I am overweight equities at this moment, but am currently correcting that.
    The good thing is that mostly I am in gold stocks.
