i would be buying like crazy rn if i didn't buy that big $30 parcel as this is a very long term hold for me. i have plenty of money to deploy but cannot put too much into one position. i strongly disagree with those "sell your house and buy appen" voices, NO company in the world is a "sell your house" type of buy no matter how cheap they get, not even apple.
