I use Slow/Simple Stochastic, with 15, 5, 5 settings. For BHP I use 15, 3, 3.
I actually got these off Robbbbbb, and they seem to work really well. I guess for each individual stock you can tweak the settings to find one that gives the most accurate bottoms and tops.
