This is terriblethis new UK strain is causing havoc everywhere, particularly in the US. We have just been put into 3 day lockdown in Qld due to 1 overseas quarantine worker case who had 700 contacts over 4 days, hoping it hasnt spread to any of them. We have daily testing for these workers now but may be too late. @yelrom we hope you are safe and doing ok? apparently 1 in 30 have the virus in London now :-0
It's a shame the trial ended as it did as we are back to worse than the april situation now for usual care patients. Perhaps the FDA can consider an EUA now for COVID ARDS?
