in better times, maybe about one year ago, watso suggested that a stock like gda should have a market cap of about $5. things have changed since then. when gda were .7c , then the market cap was about $500,000. in some ways, if gda were a clean shell, then it would be a reasonable way for some backdoor listing - as it would give shareholder spread etc etc .

about 2/3rds of the present issued capital, has been issued at 1c, so the company is totally different than what it was one year ago, and shareholders from one year ago, have been wiped out.

the problem is that the company has prospects, which would not make the grade for a public float - they mostly consist of nothing more than applications, and the granted tenements at parker range.

the present issued capital is 200m fully paid shares, and another 100m may options, which if converted, will result in the issue of another 100m shares and options. even if the shares were 1.5c, or 2c, and all of the options were converted, then that would give a fully diluted market cap of about $6m to $8m - but the company needs more funds, so an issue of at least another 100m, or 200m , or 300m shares is on the cards - whatever the fully diluted market cap, might be after all the issues, then a share price above 2c seems to be almost impossible.

keep in mind that for tenement applications, the company is very limited in what it can do, but once they are granted, there there is substantial exploration expenditures that are required to keep the tenements in good standing
