Walt, what changes is ERG making (not technology) so that they won't sell their product for less then what it costs to install and maintain.
Sure you'll win heaps of contracts if I'm willing to install the a city's scartys for $5million when it costs $10million to make it.
I'm sure ERGs cards work most of the time, but that's not the key to success in world.
ERG's tech is not worthless, its just sold too cheaply. To governments who are tight.
Essentially, unless the 200 day moving average which is around $1 is broken, things don't really looks very rosy for ERG. If its really coming back, you'll have plenty of time to get in. And whats stopping it from becoming the same fate as IHG?
