Must say I quite like it on a few fronts. Obviously he's connected to Uranium One, he's on a lower base salary than I am (noting that he's also got two other directorships though) effectively taking most of his remuneration as options that are currently out of the money, but should be well in the money if the milestones are hit. I would have liked to see a lightly higher price on the options but overall not a bad setup.
