Same. I think the company may be failing in it's continuous disclosure obligations here. The issue is 3 weeks and 1-2 weeks to go. Social commentary is that customers are leaving in droves to the likes of square or their own banks (understandable). Not only did COVID impact early Jan trade, we now have a loss of revenue and a likely loss of customers and significant negative perception.
They have not been transparent about the issue, which after weeks of significant outages is very concerning. If it were the vendor, then they would be clear about it. If it was firmware gone bad, they would be clear about it. My sniff is there is a hack/security issue gone wrong here, which could see us dive. I sold out my positions and converted to shorts.
