That's an interesting find.
There was a comment earlier from someone about what a reasonable / good / cheap price it was.
If you were Talaxis, it seems like you might have tried to make a little more out of it. It does seem like there could be something else going on, that perhaps we don't fully know about. One obvious possibility is that there may be more arrangements with Talaxis into the future that and that this is a sort of warm up.
