    I see IBA has announced today that it raised a further $7.2 mill from convertible note rights uptake.

    In the absence of announcement from AEP, I am assuming that they have taken up their rights on the Notes and have made us a further tidy capital gain based on IBA current share price...

    ... do you agree with my reading of the tea leaves here?
