Hi Gops;
The Google deal is a deal where the SPLITIT platform is offered on the Google page splitting your payment into smaller workable installments using your own Japanese Credit Card. No interest is payable. Your Credit Card company does not charge any interest or fees. You only incur cost's as per your normal card terms once you fail to pay you outstanding balance at the end of each of your free credit cycle's.
There is no other part to this. That's why it works so well and the merchant keeps you on their site page all the way through to payment and receipt.
The credit for the total amount of the purchase is quarantined (deducted) from your total usable credit availability and split amounts get charged to your card each month as a purchase amount deducted as per your choice on how much you decide to pay over what period you choose.
Simple, again..... that's why it works so well for merchants and CREDIT CARD providers.
