    I have to agree with you - money burnt a hole in their pocket during the good times that's for sure. The one positive I can see in the announcement is that Anvil is getting back in control rather than being the victim of circumstances. In the past, Bill has operated at his best in the face of adversity and does know how to save a buck in the tough times. That said, he has a long way to go. I hope it is not too severe a dilution (don't laugh) ... heaven knows how big (surely not $200m Bill - please be more patient if you are thinking that way!!!), but a raising seems to be signalled here.
