I wouldnt hold my breath for a JV Stephen Dattals has been buying up real big on this stock, he is a money making entrepenaur. He is not a miner. I am thinking now that he has so much control and invested so much money on this stock (reas asx announcements for exact figures) that he has a buyer or intends to get top dollar for this company, its shareholders BUT most of all himself. Then, the new owners will undoubtedly JV with RIO.
That is the long and the short of it really.
