Is that because I've said something you disagree with? You don't have to go back very far to find a thousand posts saying we've got the board and all the people you need to take this to the moon, and yet someone queries the need for adding more, and suggests that maybe because they need help and you say utter nonsense?

If you actually think about your reply, then maybe you might feel a little embarrassed.

And its ok to query the need for hiring this guy, but I am intrigued as to why you think utter nonsense, do you know that the process is advancing as planned? Do you know that its all going smoothly?

Lesson #3: People believe what they want to believe, see what they want to see, and hear what they want to hear.

But don't be the person who makes themselves look silly just because someone says something different to you, when both of us could be right or wrong.

Thinking negatively, I'm wondering about a "jobs for the boys" effect and why do we need another expert mouth to feed and too many experts slowing decision making and will they all get on together, one rotten apple effect? I thought our tech is well enough down the track that what can another expert do.
Then I think positively that the board has been exceptional, our market is huge, more valuable contacts, bigger value from network effects, more good ideas.
