You've made some good comments.
In addition, it's also important to remember the abnormally high daily volumes recently experienced by this stock and the quality/spread of brokers that are involved.
Once, 'smart-money' is pumped into a trading-stock (suck are ERG), you can bet that an 'assisted' turnaround is very possible.
Time could prove me wrong however, you should note how past spikes in past trading volumes, in this stock, have also triggered positive medium-price movements, as well.
