mmm- I think the regulators will be trawling through this deal. Just a feeling, perhaps PLS will end up retaining control but cutting AJM management and shareholders an equity swap. All I do know there is a major pump on with PLS- what for ? The market isn't reading things right - AJM management silence is deafening, media blackout, major asset gone to competitor on the cheap and we can hear all the birds chirping in the sky ? I'm sorry, but there is more to come in this. the loan note holders timed this for the US election- Biden win good for green energy and they take control of a strategic asset at half the price.
