@seals - the deal is an enigma, there is simply not enough detail to figure out what are the goals, let alone the financial advantages. We just have to run with the wind on this one.
Looking back at the KCC deal where we did very well indeed, my inclination is to go with the BOD's decision and support them.

As @keepingitril observed, if the plan is to acquire processing plants, or guaranteed access to them, and therefore participate in the profits of vertical integration, REE is going to need lots of cash. Fortunately Cummins Range and Lachlan Fold Belt properties and JVs should make great bases to underwrite and raise that capital.

Not everyone will agree with me, but IMO we need to start thinking of RareX as a billion dollar company to be, rather than a $50 mill capper making the hard yards.
