Do not dream of takeover.
SM1 is in death trap, A2M holds almost 20% direct interest. Plus count vested interest (big A2M investors who also hold comparatively small part of their portfolio in SM1). The required majority stakeholder vote for takeover acceptance by competitor is never going to be materialized. And A2M is not going to buy in anything above 19.9% of SM1 (limit is reached).
With this play, A2M is poised to exploit SM1 margins.
SM1 is not a growth share, neither value from ROI. SP is still overvalued, watch for $4 break.
